Artificial intelligence is changing the way businesses design and carry out marketing activities. It is not, however, a strategy in itself. It is a tool that can make many processes faster and more organised. Where can AI be used in marketing?
- Content production: drafting articles, newsletters and social media.
- Data analysis: identifying trends and better understanding audience behaviour.
- Automation: supporting repetitive tasks and organised communications.
- Customer service: assisting with answers to frequent questions.
- Ideas and research: organising information and exploring different approaches
for campaigns. There are, however, important prerequisites. AI-generated content needs human review, real subject knowledge, sound data and a clear corporate identity. At the same time, the use of personal data requires particular care. Google does not guarantee better ranking because a text was created with AI. The value of the content, its reliability and its usefulness for the reader remain the essential factors. The best approach is the combination of technology, human judgement and strategy. That way, AI becomes a growth tool and not simply a way of producing more content.
