2. What data we collect
When you complete a contact, quote request or gift recommendation form, we collect the information you provide: company name, contact name, email, telephone number, occasion, budget and notes.
We do not collect sensitive data and do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. When you sign in to the management area, a strictly necessary session item is stored in your browser and is removed when you sign out.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare a quote and support our collaboration. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in handling business requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention and security
Requests are retained for as long as necessary to handle them and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Access to requests is restricted to authorised personnel, with authentication and encryption in transit.
5. Recipients and service providers
To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf: a hosting and database provider, an artificial intelligence provider for the gift advisor (it receives only what you type into the advisor) and Google, if you choose to sign in with a Google account. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
